Your Cloud Penz™ product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of original retail purchase from an authorized Cloud Penz™ dealer. If a defect exists, CloudPenz at its option will (1) repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts, (2) exchange the product with a functional equivalent product that is new or refurbished, or (3) refund the original purchase price. This does NOT mean you can misuse, or abuse your Cloud Penz™ and expect warranty service. We do NOT cover normal wear and tear, used atomizers, scratches, loss or theft. This warranty excludes damages resulting from abuse, accident, modifications or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship. ANY customization made to Cloud Penz™ will void warranty.
ALL Cloud Pen™ Atomizers are disposable attachments. Due to the nature of the product and use, UNUSED atomizers are covered by a 30 day exchange warranty, Once atomizer has been utilized, NO WARRANTY is available. That being said the slightest movement to the coil will not allow it to heat up properly anymore.

Steps on returning item(s) back for a replacement
1.Please email us at email@example.com prior to returning any items back for a refund to obtain a Return Authorization number (RMA.)
•The RMA number must be written on the copy of the invoice AND outside of the shipping box. Please do not send back any item unless you have contacted us for a return authorization number, at which time we will give you shipping instructions. Please include the reason for your return with the copy of the invoice. If you do not have your invoice, please indicate the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper along with RA#, Order ID #, name, address and phone. Packages sent without the RA number written on the outside of the package will be refused.
•You must have an authorized RMA number for all returns or exchanges. This will ensure proper processing of your item(s). We are not responsible for items sent to us without an RMA number. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. A CloudPen representative will email you back within 24 hours with an RMA number that must be written on all sides of the packaging the returned item is being shipped in and on a copy of the invoice. If you have any further questions you can contact us by phone or e-mail.
•Buyers are responsible for all costs associated with the return process (Shipping costs). We strongly recommend you insure your package(s) as we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged while in transit. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
